Job Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients. You will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts, generating new business opportunities, serve as the primary point of contact, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual growth. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.   • Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate new leads
  • Engage prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to create interest in our products or services
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and pain points to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, competitors, and our products/services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system


  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive for achieving targets and delivering results
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Pay: $38,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
